At Orlando Family Stage (Orlando REP) our mission is to create experiences that enlighten, entertain, and enrich the lives of family and young audiences. Our staff and volunteers are committed to providing our patrons with an enjoyable theatre experience each and every visit. We invite you to explore all of our patron services and general policies.

Venues

Orlando Family Stage is home to the Universal Orlando Foundation Theatre (three-quarters thrust stage) and Edyth Bush Theatre (traditional proscenium stage). When purchasing tickets, patrons should pay special attention to which theatre the show is being staged in to ensure that they are selecting seats as intended.

To better assist in selecting seats, we encourage patrons to reference the provided seat maps. Simply click  each venue button to view the respective seat map.

The seat maps provided here are intended for reference only. Seating arrangements, available seating, and number of seats may vary by performance and are subject to change.

Accessibility

Seating

Each of Orlando Family Stage’s theatre spaces offer accessible seating in designated sections on the ground level of the theater. When purchasing seats online, accessible seats are identified by the standard wheelchair icon. Seats notated with the wheelchair icon can be used as either a wheelchair space or transfer seat.

Please notify the Box Office of any special seating needs when ordering tickets by phone.

It is prohibited for anyone, other than those requiring the accessible features of a seat or that of a guest’s companion to use accessible seating locations (unless the area has been released for general seating). Those purchasing wheelchair accessible seating may purchase one (1) wheelchair accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats; any additional seats must be purchased in the regular seating areas. Companion seats are indicated by a “C” icon. This policy ensures that we are able to accommodate all available and accessible wheelchair seats in our theaters.

Sensory Friendly Performances

Orlando Family Stage is proud to offer a sensory-friendly performance of select titles each season. These performances are designed to provide an accommodating and supportive experience for families with children affected by sensory processing challenges.

In addition to Sensory-Friendly Performances, noise-cancelling earmuffs are available for all performances. Patrons may request a set of earmuffs at Box Office.

Courtesy Wheelchairs

Courtesy wheelchairs will be available for guests with limited mobility, to travel to and from the parking lot located in front of Orlando Family Stage and our Florida Blue Lobby. These wheelchairs are first come, first served and may be requested when purchasing your tickets, by calling the Box Office prior to your performance date, or upon arrival at Orlando Family Stage. Courtesy wheelchairs were generously provided by our friends at Orlando Health.

Hearing Assistance

Devices are available at the Box Office with presentation of a driver’s license or other form of ID. Devices include a transponder and set of headphones.

Courtesy Swap

While tickets are non-refundable, Orlando Family Stage recognizes that family schedules can change at a moment’s notice. With that in mind we are happy to offer Courtesy Swap. This one-time alteration to a ticket order allows you to move your tickets to a different performance of the same ticketed production for just a flat $10.00.

Please Note: Requests for a Courtesy Swap must be made at least 24 hours prior to curtain of the originally ticketed performance. Each Courtesy Swap is subject to seating availability and may not be in your originally ticketed seating tier. In the event newly selected tickets are in a upgrade seating tier, patrons are responsible for covering the difference in price of newly selected seats. Group purchases do not allow for Courtesy Swap.

General Ticket Policies

Ticket Purchases

Tickets are non-refundable. Due to this, we advise all patrons to thoroughly review their orders prior to purchase to ensure that they have selected the correct dates, seat locations, discounts, and price levels. Partial refunds are not available for purchase errors related to ticket price level. Review our Courtesy Swap offering to learn more about exchanging tickets to different performance times. If you have questions about purchasing tickets online, please call the Box Office at (407) 896-7365.

Wait List Policies

For select shows patrons can sign up for the Wait List at the Box Office on a day a show is sold out one hour before the performance. You must be present at the time your name is called. If you are not present when your name is called, the Box Office staff will move on to the next name on the list. We regret we cannot take Wait List sign ups over the phone or email. Please be advised that Wait Lists may not be available for every performance. To find out if a performance will offer a Wait List, please call the Box Office.

Seating

For most events, seating begins 30 minutes prior to curtain. For the safety of our performers and the benefit of fellow patrons, late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. If a show is able to accommodate late seating, you may be asked to wait until an appropriate interval in the show to enter and may not be seated in your original seats.

Special Seating

If you have special seating needs, please advise the Box Office Staff when purchasing your tickets. We make every effort to ensure your visit is easy and comfortable.
