Our Students

Box Office Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday  | On weekend performance days, the Box Office opens at noon and closes after the last performance.

Ticket Prices

Tickets vary by event and seat location. For most events, differentiated pricing is offered for Adults and Youth (ages 3-17). Special pricing is available for Seniors (ages 55 and up), Teachers, College Students (valid ID required), and members of the military (valid ID required). Lap children under the age of 3 are admitted without charge.

All ticket orders including online, phone, and in-person are subject to a $5.00 order processing fee.

Group Rates

Special Rates are available for groups of 15 or more. Please call the Box Office to learn more and book group seating. Unfortunately, group seating is not available for purchase online.

Activities

At this time, Orlando REP’s pre-show show activities offering has been modified. For Season Shows, take-home activity bags are available in the lobby after the show. Activity bags typically contain a hands-on craft themed to the show, a coloring sheet, and other Show Enrichment materials. Activity bags are not offered for Limited Engagement shows, Theatre for the Very Young offerings, or Youth Academy productions.

Orlando Family Stage Text-2-Play

New! Orlando Family Stage Text-2-Play is the perfect way to add to the fun of seeing a show with us! This text-based scavenger hunt will lead you on a short adventure to find clues, solve riddles, or discover even more about the show. Each Season Show will have a uniquely themed hunt so there will always be a new adventure to discover. Orlando Family Stage Text-2-Play is complimentary with the purchase of your show ticket. Standard message rates apply. Look for the Orlando Family Stage Text-2-Play signs when you arrive to get started. We suggest arriving between 30-45 minutes before curtain to enjoy this offering.

 

Meet & Greet

At this time, post-show Meet & Greets are not being offered. We invite you to check back for availability in the future.

Additional Photo Opportunities

Many of our patrons enjoy documenting each of their visits by taking advantage of our exciting photo opportunities. These include a 6’x10′ show banner located at the entrance to the building, and a show photo cut-out which can be found in the Florida Blue Lobby.

Due to copyright laws, photography and video recording of the stage and show  is strictly prohibited. Please take advantage of provided photo opportunities in the lobby before entering the theater.

Concessions

Concessions is available in the Florida Blue Lobby prior to each show and during intermission. Available items may vary but typically include bottled beverages, candy, chips, and other packaged snacks. Food items are prohibited in the theater, however beverages with resealable lids are permitted. Tables are located throughout the lobby for patrons to enjoy concessions during intermission or prior to the show. Concession purchases help to support and maintain the beautiful theaters and spaces of Orlando Family Stage.

Merchandise

Among our goals at Orlando Family Stage is to be advocates of reading, literacy, and verbal skills through the use of books and plays as literature.

With each of our Season Shows, Orlando Family Stage offers carefully-curated merchandise that further connect our audiences with the themes and messages of the show. Be sure to browse the lobby to explore books recommended for our REP Readers, multi-media items, and other show related merchandise.

Box Office Policies

Ticket Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours prior to curtain of the originally ticketed performance using  Courtesy Swap. All exchanges (Courtesy Swaps) are subject to availability and a $10.00 fee per order. Group purchases do not allow for exchanges (Courtesy Swaps). Orlando Family Stage Members may enjoy free and unlimited Courtesy Swaps. Visit our Membership page for additional details.

Seating

Seating begins 30 minutes prior to curtain. For the safety of our performers and the benefit of fellow patrons, late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. If a show is able to accommodate late seating, you may be asked to wait until an appropriate interval in the show to enter and may not be seated in your original seats.

Wait List Policies

Patrons can sign up for the Wait List at the Box Office on a day a show is sold out one hour before the performance. You must be present at the time your name is called. If you are not present when your name is called, the Box Office staff will move on to the next name on the list. We regret we cannot take Wait List sign ups over the phone or email.

Special Seating

If you have special seating needs, please advise the Box Office Staff when purchasing your tickets. We make every effort to ensure your visit is easy and comfortable.

Hearing Assistance

Devices are available at the Box Office with presentation of a driver’s license or other form of ID.
