Performance Workshop: The Kid Who Couldn’t Stop Drawing
Saturdays; January 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, March 7
The Kid Who Couldn’t Stop Drawing tells the story of a young kid who focuses more on their artwork than the world around them. But when his drawings come to life and threaten to destroy the town, it is up to the kid and their friends to save the day! It’s an action-adventure filled with laughs, fun, and ultimately acceptance, developed exclusively at Orlando Repertory Theatre.
Auditions for specific roles happen on the first day of class.
Youth Academy Performance Workshops are an opportunity for students to study, rehearse, and perform! With a focus on the performer, without costumes or scenery, each actor works in character development, rehearsal etiquette, and the actor’s process. These fun and challenging productions allow you to make friends, become more confident performers, and learn more about theatre!
